RUBBER MOLDING

Gateway Asian Sourcing began both rubber injection and compression molding in 1985. Our 40,000 square foot plant has 80 employees and over 30 machines, including eighteen 100 ton and twelve 80 ton hydraulic molding machines.

We are a full production manufacturer offering custom material compounding, molding, trimming, assembly and packaging.

GateWay’s rubber plant has in-house quality abilities. We can provide testing for raw compounds, hardness, tensile strength, elongation, compression set, water, solvent and oil resistance, heat and ozone resistance, aging properties and dielectric properties.

We offer quality assurance to meet all of our customer’s specifications.
